How to apply:

1: Place garment on an ironing board or Pad

2: Remove backing paper                            

3: Place and align motif on garment            

                             4: Place a sheet of baking paper or silicone heat pad over motif

                                             5: Set iron to maximum and press down for 20-25 seconds (all over motif)

                    6: Remove baking paper and slowly peel away clear paper

Leave to cool for a few minutes

                         Note: NEVER apply a hot iron directly to motif with out baking paper.
