This is 1st Edition, Limited Edition Buckle #635 of 1000, a solid brass buckle with darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals, in 1983. It is in pretty nice used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.8 oz.
