From a Pittsburgh, Pa. Estate Sale . . . 21" x 17" natural wood framed, glass covered Golf Wood Iron Full Color Print.

I would guess it was "self-framed". In pencil on the back "reads": Summer '97, Oakie Roy, Oakland Golf Club.

Oakland Golf Club, a 9 - hole course, was established in 1897 in Schenley Park, Pa.  In 1903, an 18 - hole course was constructed.

Located between Oakland and the Squirrel Hill neighborhoods, it was later renamed The Bob O'Connor Golf Course in honor of the former Pittsburgh Mayor.

Could use re-wiring to hang for safety, and additional "strength" around the taped glass backing.
