Vintage French Large Moule a Jambon Terrine Ham Press Charcuterie - E483
A very large vintage French cast aluminium “moule a jambon” or ham press which is also great for making terrines and pate etc. It is stamped SIMA F3.5 and is in very nice condition and ready to use.
