Antique E.N Welch. Case with a  Hall 340-020 pendulum movement ,has Westminster Chime. The clocks runs flawlessly keeps.time chimes as it should. The casing is above.acceptable has two.small.places veneer has came loose or off. (See photos). Overall the clocks a neat antique look with updates of the movement.
