BRAND NEW in Carrying Case from the daycI purchased it. 5825C SINGER SEWING MACHINE. It WAS PURCHASED BY ME on AUG. 8, 2003, which is why I'm listing it as PRE-OWNED, but it's Condition is NEW.

It's been kept in its carrying case and never exposed to the light so it's in PRISTINE, WHITE  CONDITION as you can tell from the pictures.

Motor is still under warranty for another 4 years. Warranty Card included, never filled out.

MADE IN BRAZIL, NOT CHINA, so it's a much better quality machine than current models.

I've never found the time to learn to sew and so, until yesterday, IT HAS NEVER BEEN OUT OF THE CASE OR PLUGGED IN.

I put all of the paperwork  inside the case where  it's remained since 2003.   I  friend who COLLECTS SEWING MACHINES and really knows what she's doing, checked it out for me to make sure it is in good working order.  She also included some thread and odds and ends, so it is threaded and ready to use!  Perfect gift for someone who sews or wants to learn!

The Receipt lists a 5830 Model, but the machine itself says that it is a 5825C model.

I never had a box for it, I carried it home in the carrying case.

ALL ORIGINAL PAPERWORK  INCLUDED, including WARRANTY CARD, SINGER MANUAL, CUTTER/ DARNING BOBBINS  and the ORIGINAL RECEIPT from Singer Specialty Sales.
