Up for grabs is a Oakley Romeo X Metal / flat black PVD coated X sunglasses. The frames are original X metal coating and X piece is coated with a PVD coating. The PVD coating is the same process Oakley contracted out when they coated their X Metal frames. The X was coated at the same Aerospace coating laboratory that Oakley used.
The frame is serialized but is a oddball. Never seen this before its double serialized !! I have had hundreds of Romeos and this is a first. Everything is tight and rubbers are like new.
The lenses were custom mirrored and edged by me. I created the mirror color using a new Penny coin. It took very expensive software and scanning equipment to get this color. I used polarized lenses as a base for the mirror. The pictures don't do this mirror justice. There are small imperfections from the minimal wear but I'm very picky and have to point them out.
