Powers on but only says 'insert sim card' until you insert a sim card, then it will turn on fully.

Five buttons do not work - the '2', '5', '8', '0' and the 'c' button.  These buttons do not appear to work at all.

No charger.

The phone will turn on with an old battery inserted and power lead connected.  It is sold as parts or not working as five buttons do not work and is missing bits like battery, charger and rear battery cover.
