Apple iPhone 13 mini - 128 GB - For Parts Only - Read Description- Damaged

iPhone 13 mini, was used previously, and the power button didn’t work, it was reset and now it stuck on this stuck but then after a few minutes it shuts off and keeps looping on the Apple logo, it shows the logo then shuts off, i don’t not sure why perhaps the power button but I am not sure selling as is.

Back is cracked and the front screen has light scratches.
