The rocking horse is in very good condition for its age. The horse was handmade to order in the 1980’s and has been in the same family ever since. Smoke free zone. He stands approximately 84cm from floor to saddle, 107cm from floor to head top and is 117cm long. Made from solid pine and painted a dapple grey finish. The base is also made from solid pine with a dark wax finish. Metal fixings of wrought iron and solid brass. All straps are leather but need some care and attention as seen in the photos. The saddle is leatherette with a few minor tears. There are some minor cracks to the horse joints that could be restored with a bit of diy, as seen in the photos. Due to his measurements the rocking horse is considered as large.

The horse is being kept in a house in the CR4 area of Mitcham/Wimbledon and is for collection only.
