Good pre-owned condition.  Pre-owned books / magazines might have stains or creases. I quickly leaf through the pages and if any defect or writing or tear is evident, I take pictures and disclose them. Please examine all pictures in detail and if you have any additional questions or would like additional pictures please let me know. I'm not an expert on books.
