Offered is a very rare piece. This nickel plated cast iron brontosaurus (apatosaurus) was a souvenir of the Sinclair Dinosaur Exhibit at the 1933 Century of Progress Fair, in Chicago. NOTE: This particular dinosaur does NOT have it's original paper fair label. I've included the last photo only for reference, to verify that this is indeed what I've described it to be. DINO was first introduced as the Sinclair mascot in 1932. This is the earliest figural representation. It's in pristine condition. The only place I see wear, is on the feet, exaxtly where you'd expect it. He measures almost 6" long.

I've been buying & selling here for over 20 years. Most of my items have been off the market, from estates or in collections for decades. They are guaranteed to be as described, and are often OOAK, especially as far as availability on eBay.
