Vintage Cambodian Khon Mask Paper Mache Helmet Mask
13" Tall on Stand Handmade
Very dramatic even on this small scale, a wonderful paper mache Khmer Khon head mask is displayed on a wooden stand. Two large bulging eyes, a big rounded snout and a mouth with fangs, make this mask super impressive. He is beautifully hand modeled and painted by a local Cambodian artisan. He measures about 11" tall (13"' tall on stand) x 4" wide x 4-1/2" long and on the stand weighs 6.5 ounces. The stand by itself is 6-3/8" tall on a 3" x 2-7/8" base.
Condition is quite good as he has been sitting on a shelf as decor. There are however, some bends on both of his wing-like ears. Please check the photos closely to judge the condition for yourself. This distinctive Cambodian mask would be a wonderful decorative accessory or gift.

I Ship Via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow at least 10 business days for all shipments. Please note that I use clean recycled packing materials whenever possible (peanuts, bubble wrap, boxes etc). If this is not acceptable to you please notify me before payment, so I can switch to new materials.
