This movie was produced by a licenced small production house, usually BPS video services or Amsell entertainment, here in Australia

These films often have cheaply made covers, basic menu structures amd sometimes average quality transfers from the original source.

Amsell Entertainment was founded in 1996 by filmmakers Allan M. and Elliott Solomon. Until 2010, they owned distribution rights to most Shapiro Glickenhaus Entertainment titles. Additonally, Amsell also acquired the library to Axis Films International. The company went out of business sometime after CEO Allan M. Solomon died in 2010.

BPS video services was a West Australian business that specialised in video replication, VHS to DVD, and other video authoring services. in the transition from VHS to DVD in the early 2000's BPS produced a large number of basic VHS transfers onto cheaply made DVD's which were available for purchase in many Australian discount stores and other retail outlets. similarly, you will often find that these dvds have little to no menu structure, and are on Writeable media.
