- I gently brushed the suede followed by treatment with suede protectant.
(NOTE - suede requires special care. Regulary brushing can keep suede looking its best. Suede absorbs water. It is best to avoid wearing them in the rain (and often winter depending on your climate) but with proper care, they can be worn year round.
