QUESTIONS: I welcome them! Please ask questions concerning anything that is important to you, prior to bidding/buying. I want you to be happy with your purchase!!
PAYMENT: Payment is due within two days (48 hours).
SHIPPING: I ship via USPS as soon as possible, usually within one business day of cleared payment.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I’m happy to combine shipping. I will refund excess shipping paid after printing your shipping label. Occasionally, a large item may be pre-packaged and shipping cannot be combined.
PACKAGING: Small lightweight non-fragile items (such as doll clothes) will often be packaged in plastic Zip-lock bags inside clean recycled boxes (cereal, cake mix, TV dinner, etc.). This helps our environment, and saves customers shipping expense, as these lighter-weight boxes can usually be shipped via the least expensive method, First Class. Recycled mailing envelopes may also be used, if appropriate. Heavier and more fragile items will be bubble-wrapped if needed, and shipped in heavier typical cardboard boxes. If an original American Girl box is included in the auction, the box and contents will be shipped in a cardboard box to protect the value of the American Girl box.
TRACKING: Tracking is provided on all packages, so that you can follow your item’s progress from my home to yours.
