79117 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtle Lair Invasion

The build itself is complete with all pieces though there have been a couple MINOR color swaps for pieces (they’re separated in a different bag for convenience) the only major swap is a purple slide for one of the brown slides but it’s TMNT theme after all so it blends in nicely

The set is totally disassembled besides for the figures

The original figures aren’t there but 4 TMNT alternatives including Shredder, Raphael, Leonardo, and a foot soldier.

The only piece missing is one of the brown weapon sheaths (see last picture).

No box or instructions but find instructions online at brickinstructions.com or lego.com
