As we are a business, messages sent during the weekend or after working hours may not be answered immediately, but we will respond when back to work.  

Feedback

We value our eBay store and endeavour to offer excellent service and value for money, however sometimes we get it wrong. Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback, most issues are easily resolved. 

Payment

We require payment within 4 days of purchase please. 

If we have not received funds, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened by eBay on our behalf. 

Returns

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 14 day return period. Please check your item within 14 days notifying us of any problems. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

VAT

We are a UK VAT registered company and a VAT invoice will be available with each purchase. VAT at the current rate is included in our prices and the advertised price is what you will pay.

Postage Items

We offer Royal Mail postage on larger items and UPS for the remainder. Signature upon delivery is required in both cases.

Warranty & Guarantee

Our items (advertised as used) are tested and any obvious defects will be described in the listing. These items are NOT sold with any warranty or guarantee.
