34- just 39” hips And no bigger

32.5” approx length - so this is a mini dress

Flaws - has some snags as shown on one of the sleeves, otherwise in good, freshly cleaned condition. Any flaws, if any, are incredibly minor and don’t stand out - can’t see honestly apart from scratch and buckle – is supposed to look scratch, but it does have one scratch from the clip as shown in last photo – material have may have very slight fluffing
