Here is a Z gauge harbour layout built in a case 61x43x27cm. It features a two level loop and a harbour siding with lighting, electric turnout and inbuilt controller. The harbour at the front of the layout  features boats a beach small station and coastal buildings in a coastal holiday scene. It comes with a natural wood case with black trim and brass fittings.

There is storage in the case under the layout. No trains are included, but can be provided at extra cost.

The layout comes with a plug in transformer for UK mains, but a 10v DC plug in transformer can be obtained at reasonable cost for your local mains.
