OPEN BOX: This box has been opened, and some pieces have been removed/or fallen off of the plastic form they were attached to.  It is PARTICALLY ASSEMBLED.  All parts APPEAR to be included.  There is no way to assure if everything is included in the box or not.  Please look CLOSELY at the pictures for what is included with this model kit.  All pieces are in good shape.  There are a couple places that have flaws, please look at pictures, I have included close-ups of these areas.
