This is an absolutely beautiful vintage rattlesnake necklace and bracelet set. It was designed by Francois for Coro. He was a designer for Coro jewelry from 1938 thru 1960. Both of these gorgeous pieces are signed by Francois. The necklace is
signed on the underneath side of the snake's tail. The bracelet is signed on the underneath side of the clasp.
THIS IS A RARE SET!!!! There is almost no wear to the front and underneath sides of both pieces!!!
It is in very good vintage condition!!! Please see all of the pictures, as I took many different views of each piece.
Necklace details: It has a heavy snake chain that lies nicely and moves beautifully! The necklace clasp is a clip behind the
snake's head. The clasp holds very securely. The length of the necklace can be adjusted depending on where
it's attached. The length of the snake chain between the head and the tail is approximately16" {this is the area
of adjustability}. The head is 1.88"long, .5"wide, and .5"deep. Look at the incredible marquise shaped
emerald green eyes!! They are stunning. Both crystal eyes are intact!!!.
Bracelet details: The details on the fold over clasp are gorgeous!!!! The clasp closes very securely. The length of the bracelet
when closed is 7.5". The bracelet head is 1.13" wide and .75" deep. Those incredible marquise shaped
emerald eyes are both intact and match the eyes on the companion necklace!!!!
I collected these beautiful pieces 2 or 3 years ago. I never wore them and now that I'm retired, I think that this stunning set
needs a new home with someone who will appreciate them as much as I did! I've collected many pieces of beautiful vintage
jewelry over the years, however, I couldn't bring myself to wear any of them!!!!!!
