Ultra Rare EAPG Venetian Opalescent Stripe Bowl Blue Victorian Era Blown Glass 1880-1890s

I am not sure if this was a sugar bowl or a finger bowl. It must be extremely rare as I could find no bowls like this. It has the pitting on the bottom that are the telltale signs of the early mold blown glass process and it is thin glass.

2 5/8" tall and 3 3.4" in diameter at the inner rim. No chips cracks or repairs, but there is some roughness around the rim which is common in early glass and there is several bubbles but none that are open bubbles.
