Used semiconductor power relays from the photos below from a reputable company CATLO GAVAZZI. Product with symbol: RJ1A60D20EV The relay is installed in a single-phase circuit without a neutral wire, therefore, using e.g. three such devices, a three-phase circuit can be switched on. Permissible current 20A, voltage up to 600V. 4 - 32V control. This provides enormous control possibilities and ensures the possibility of simple replacement of old contact relays with new ones. Such relays enable even high switching frequencies under full load. The switching of the relay is synchronized with the moments when the current value crosses zero, so no interference, overvoltage or other unwanted debris is generated from the interruption of high currents. The semiconductor contactor is integrated with a heat sink, mounted on a DIN rail, and has an LED diode indicating the switching state. More information can be found in the document below.
