Parker 51 Vacumatic Pellet holding Cup

Many of my friends are once again asking me to manufacture these tiny little Cups, which are very difficult for machining. With my past experiences, i again used DELRIN, to make them highly durable. These tiny Cups play a major role in holding the sack in the filler unit. The pellet of the Sack should be inserted into the opening of the Delrin Cup, and the other End of the Cup, holds the Plunger of the filler Unit.

DELRIN:    It is chemically known as Polyoxymethylene (POM), is a high-performance acetal resin with several desirable physical and mechanical properties. This highly-crystalline engineered thermoplastic is widely regarded for its durability, stiffness, and exceptional dimensional stability. Delrin offers a balance of the exceptional properties found in metals and plastics, hence it is called as the intermediate of Metal and Plastics, as it possess both Metals and Plastics Properties.

These 6 reasons are kept in mind, for using this material for making the Parker 51 Sack holding Cups. The only disadvantage is COST of the material.

Pic-1 The first picture shows the horizontal view of the Sack holding Cup. The step which is seen clearly on the Cup,              Goes into the Flange and the posterior Opening sits on to the Push rod of the filler Unit.

Pic-2 The second picture shows the other angel of the Sack holding Sack, in horizontal Position. Again, the step is                seen clearly on the posterior portion of the Cup, which sits into the Flange.

Pic-3 The third picture shows the vertical position of the Cup, the opening of the anterior portion, allowing the Sack                and the Pellet to accommodate. The Latex sack is tightly heled into the position, as the Pellet is pushed into the            cup, along with the Sack.

Pic-4 The forth Picture shows, the Sack and the Cup Assembled to give a General idea of, assembling to the                          Customer.

Pic-5 This Picture shows, the Complete Filler Unit assembled with the Sack and the Sack holding cup. The Latex                    Sack is Let free, in this picture to give an Understanding, for the customers. The push rod is assembled in the              posterior portion of the Cup and the rear End of the Cup sits in the Flange. The anterior portion of the Cup                    holds the Sack, and the Pellet also.

Pic-6 This Picture Shows, the Complete Assembly of the Latex Sack, which is folded on to the Flange, of the Filler                  Unit, hiding the Cup. The Filler Unit is Ready for the Assembly into the Pen.
