From the camera manual:

The "Zorki-11" camera has fully automatic exposure settings and is designed to use 35mm perforated film with 24x36mm image size. The camera is equipped with a high-precision "Industar-63" lens, which is built into the shutter between the lenses.

  1. Focal length of the lens: 45 mm
  2. Relative aperture: 1:2.8
  3. Angular field: 50°
  4. The lens is focused by moving the entire unit with a focusing ring. The camera is equipped with a rangefinder (base 38 mm and viewfinder magnification 0.65x).
  5. The optical viewfinder and rangefinder are coupled in one window. The collimator viewfinder has fluorescent frames that limit the field of view. To eliminate parallax when shooting at a distance of 1.5 m (5 ft.), there is an additional frame shifted to the right and down.
  6. The camera is equipped with an FZA-18 shutter with a shutter speed range of 1/30 to 1/500 sec. and "B" exposure mode.
  7. The shutter has a self-timer and a contact for electronic flash. The self-timer operates at least 8-15 seconds after the shutter-release button is pressed. The shutter is released with the shutter release button. When the shutter-release button is pressed, the shutter speed and aperture are set according to the film sensitivity.
  8. The camera is equipped with a device that disables the automatic mode and allows the aperture to be set from 1:2.8 to 1:22. In this case, the exposure time does not change and is 1/30 sec.
  9. The sensitivity range of the films used is from 20 to 320 ASA units and from 14 to 26 DIN classes.
  10. The shutter is cocked, the film is transported, and the exposure counter is set simultaneously by turning the lever all the way down.
  11. The exposure counter indicates the number of unexposed frames and returns to its initial position when the back cover is opened.
  12. The camera is loaded with a standard 36-image cassette. The film capacity of the cassette is 1.65 m.
  13. There is a M52x0.75 thread on the lens for attaching filters.
  14. Light passing through the filter not only enters the lens, but also -- on the round electric eye window, which surrounds the lens. Therefore, correction for the filter factor is practically not necessary.
  15. The camera has a tripod screw hole with a standard 3/8" thread for mounting the camera on a tripod.
  16. The camera has an accessory shoe for attaching a flash.
  17. The camera comes with a convenient leather pouch. You can take handheld pictures without taking the camera out of the case. Overall dimensions of the camera (without case) with lens not more than 129x77x76 mm
  18. Weight of camera without case not more than 750g

The "Zorki-11" camera is designed for versatile amateur photography, for taking architectural ensembles, landscapes, portraits, etc.
