FLAWS:

The front cover has faint writing in ink, a 1.5"x1" oil stain on the bottom unbound corner, a crease and ragged paper in the top corner, and light marks and stains elsewhere on the cover.

All pages have the same oil stain in the bottom corner, as described on the front cover.

The binding staples are rusty and have leaked onto the paper in places.

All unbound corners are curled but not creased.

The back cover has light marks and stainns, dog-eared corners, and 1"x 1/4" area near the spine where the paper is missing.

Smells musty.

The maps inside the book are all in good condition with clear text and no stains or tears.
