I bought this last year. I spent over $1500 for it. It has a built in amp with effects (reverb/chorus/phaser etc) and looper. Honestly one of the sweetest technologies around and the guitar sounds superb without any of the effects. There are 3 HyVibe models. This one is the top of the line. I believe the difference is that the one I have has nicer solid wood for a better sound. You should research that. Comes with a hard case.
