Application:

Remove crank arm bolt using socket or Allen key (not supplied)

Apply oil before use to threads and then fully tighten in the extractor until it is bottomed out on the crank arm.Ensure inner bolt is still loose. Then screw in the inner bolt to remove the crank arm.
