Item is in great condition and hasn't been moved in many years. Came from an extremely steam collector on long island. Everything in his estate has worked so far and extremely well kept, but in the later years wasn't able to dust and clean as well. I sprayed it with Windex and wiped it down, but will need a nice polish and cleaning, but overall good condition. Not completely tested as is.

I am NOT 100% sure it is a D16 but spending a LOT of time looking at the different ones I am quite certain that it is.
