I discovered a small handful of these stems in the back stock of a high-end bicycle shop as it ceased operating. Each will come to you in the near-mint new-without-package condition seen in the included photos.

Designed for the IA tri bike, for 1-1/8" steerers and 31.8mm handlebars. This stem supports internal cable routing.

NO ADDITIONAL PARTS INCLUDED.

Overall condition of each stem is AT LEAST a 9.8 out of 10 with typical signs of "shop wear" from storage and contact with other stems.
