This listing is for a VINTAGE "CULVER" BRAND FROSTED GLASS GOLD SHOT GLASS OF A SHIP FRIGATE.  This item measures 2-1/4" tall by 1-3/4" across.  I believe this is a souvenir shot glass of The Constellation docked at Baltimore Harbor but I have no evidence.    This item is in very good condition and comes from a smoke free home.  Please check out the pictures for a complete description.
