Seems D & Co. Stands for Doll & Company in Germany.  I haven't found anything exactly like this one but some that are close enough that it is without doubt what it is!

I can tell that there are some small parts missing but not totally sure just what. Please look very close at all the pictures and determine for yourself, your opinion of condition and what is there and what is missing. What is here all moves freely and smooth. Appears to be in original condition and original patina.

Overall dement ions are approx.  9 1/2 long X 3 3/4 wide x 7 tall
