The controller has been tested with both drive 1 and drive 2 to make sure that it can read/write and format a disk properly.

This controller will work with the Apple DuoDisk, Apple UniDisk 5.25, Apple 5.25 Drive, and any other brand of Apple II compatible floppy drive that uses the 19-pin D-Sub connector.

Please note that I have a number of these, and the picture above is representative of what you will get, and all cards are in excellent physical condition.  They do come with the jack screws attached to the connector.

Apple sold these controllers under a number of different model numbers, so the one you receive may not be the one shown in the picures.

All are guaranteed to work great.
