This is a unique and rare find from the Somerset Country area, an 1886 Maine General Store Victorian Invoice Account Ledger. The ledger provides a glimpse into the accounting practices of a bygone era and is a great addition to any historical memorabilia collection. The item is handwritten and contains entries that provide insight into the daily transactions and business operations of the store.

The ledger pages are in good condition, considering its age, though the binding and covers are very very worn with wear and tear as seen in pics. Spine cover is gone revealing only cloth

This is a one-of-a-kind item that is not to be missed by collectors and enthusiasts of accounting and taxation history.

Well over 250 pages,  it puts an oblong and very large book

Approx 16 x 7 x 2"
