Elwin Charles "Preacher" Roe (February 26, 1916 – November 9, 2008) was an American Professional Baseball Pitcher. He Played in Major League Baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals (1938), Pittsburgh Pirates (1944–47), and Brooklyn Dodgers (1948–54).

SHIPPING POLICY:

Domestic shipping is $5.00
We add $.50 for each additional card won (graded or raw). Other lots or bigger items may vary.
Canada s/h is $13.00, each additional card won is $1.00 to $2.00 (raw/graded), lots/sets vary.

Our goal is to break even with shipping and handling costs, please wait for revised invoices to be sent. If you think you paid more for shipping and handling than you should have, please contact us. We also reserve the right to use FED EX for bigger packages.
