Shipping and Handling

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD and DHL to deliver orders in the UK and Europe. Orders from EU countries are dispatched from either EU or International warehouses depending on stock availability and delivered by Tracked couriers. EU customers may be subject to import VAT/customs duty by relevant authorities as a result of changes from 1 July 2021. All applicable duties and taxes for other countries, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. Returns

We strive to provide high-quality products that are free from faults or damage, but there may be occasions when a return is necessary. If the product does not work please contact us and do not open a return request, provide a fault description of the issue as accurately as possible with the help of images and video clips. If a fault is established and we can not resolve it, we would authorise Return.

Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligible Returns:

We accept returns for faulty products or if they're not as described. If the fault is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll consult with them regarding arranging repairs or replacement as applicable. Please notify us of return requests within the allowed timeframe. For all other reasons, partial refunds may be issued based on the item's condition and in accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 and eBay Policy.

2. Full Refund Requirements:

To qualify for a full refund, return the unused, sealed product in its original condition and packaging with all accessories included.

3. Return Authorisation:

Once authorised, send the product back to our after-sales service. We offer 90 days Free product support. We encourage you to contact us with details, images, and video clips via WhatsApp at +44 7779634581. If the issue remains unresolved, we'll authorise the return.

4. Return Conditions:

Items must be returned complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition as New (including original packaging). Avoid opening a return request on eBay for replacements or technical support.

5. Inspection and Eligibility:

Damaged, mishandled, tampered items, or invalid claims are not eligible for refunds. Abuse of the Return Policy and Money-Back Guarantee will be reported to eBay which may result in the removal of your eBay account. Return the product undamaged and in a resalable condition as New. We're not responsible for courier-related loss or damage.

7. Return Timeframe:

Eligible returns are accepted within the timeframe specified. Once the return is authorised please send the item within 5 working days.

8. Courier Requirements:

Use an insured and trackable courier with a valid tracking ID, shipping to our provided business provided in the authorisation.

Damaged products

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to OneTech Gadgets within 3 days and arrange collection and return. OneTech Gadgets is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

You need to send us photos of the damaged product and also the packaging as they are required by the courier to open an investigation can take up to 21 business days to close.

We then issue you a refund or dispatch a replacement product as per your request.

Right of Withdrawal

If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to OneTech Gadgets within 14 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of OneTech Gadgets. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. Please note a restocking fee of 20% may also apply for such returns in some circumstances.

Manufacturer Warranty

OneTech Gadgets are not the manufacturer of any products listed on this website. Most of the products sold by OneTech Gadgets come with a 1-year “manufacturer warranty”.The term of these warranties can be extended, and coverage is defined by the product purchased and the brand.

This warranty is provided for mechanical failure only and will not cover any unauthorised firmware/system update failure, software problems, incompatibility with any third-party software or device, language issues, inappropriate use, modifications, or any other human mishandling including accidentally dropping the device, power surge, water damage, overcharging the device/leaving the device on charge overnight and broken LED screens etc. "Mobile phones/tablets may be provided with custom firmware or rooted. All Smartphones, Tablets sold by us go through Quality assurance (QA) in the factory to ensure they are free from faults and defects.

Repairs to products, whether they are covered by warranty or not, are guaranteed by the manufacturer or certified workshop. Whether the brand has operations in the UK or is represented by a third party is irrelevant.

Defective or faulty products must be returned directly to manufacturers or certified workshops.

Should you be unable to contact the manufacturer, you may return your product via standard post (or carrier) to the address given on your returns coupon.

OneTech Gadgets agrees to arrange repairs with its suppliers.

Whatever the problem, you must return your product along with a copy of the invoice, the warranty card (included in the original box) and the returns coupon.

Products are returned at the customer’s expense.

Product Manufacturer warranties do not cover:

- replacement of consumables such as batteries, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, camera lenses, speakers, recording heads and charging ports,

- malfunction due to accessories such as power cables, plugs,

- defects and consequences following repairs by a person non-certified by the Manufacturer,

- defects and consequences due to incorrect use of the product, e.g. charging the device overnight, commercial purposes,

- defects and consequences due to external causes, dropping of the device.

Please note that warranties do not apply to repairs for damage due to external causes, e.g. accidents, shocks, power spikes, lightning, dropping of device etc, or due to the customer’s incorrect use of the product, e.g. product not installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, detrimental use of the product, use of the product for commercial purposes, use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables, etc. In all cases, OneTech Gadgets will not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty.

Can I perform a firmware/System update/hard factory reset of my Smartphone/Tablet?

The product manufacturer's Warranty is valid for the firmware provided. Any issues arising as a result of System updates or flashing the wrong firmware will not be covered. A hard factory reset can wipe out existing firmware altogether. We do not authorise this and hold no responsibility for System update/firmware flash failure or other technical issues arising afterwards. Always seek professional technical support for your device.

Do you provide a Product Warranty?

OneTech Gadgets is a UK-based company that does not manufacture any products. Product warranty is provided by the Manufacturers which is usually a 12-month manufacturer warranty for all new mobiles and tablets for mechanical faults only. This warranty will not cover any parts, batteries, unauthorised firmware/system update, hard factory reset, software and language issues arising due to inappropriate use, modifications or any other human mishandling including accidentally dropping devices, power surges, water damage and broken LED screens etc.

Unfortunately, Manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage to an item (e.g. accidentally dropping a product).

I received my item but I do not like it, can I return it?

You are legally entitled to return it to us within 14 calendar days of receipt under the Right of Withdrawal in unopened and unused condition. (prior authorisation required for returns)

- Returns are at the customer's expense.
- Items are to be returned to our address in the UK unless otherwise advised.
