Lens is in fair to good condition, even the gold inspected sticker on it looks okay.  I have other telezooms that I use but this is fun

Lens Body has some wear and mark around the "Canon EF" text shown in pictures. Zoom scale window has a crack and is discoloring.

Light Fungus and Haze - Shown in pics, but in photography i've rarely or never had to use the Dehaze option in Luminar, or if I did, very little

Slight Haze - Not sure if this is actually just small fungus but please see pictures carefully

No balsam separation

No oil on aperture blades

Some Dust - Visible under the very bright LED I use to take these pictures, but harder to notice in real life. Does not affect images.  

This lens is notorious for the lens barrel moving with gravity (barrel creep), i.e. Zooms in when pointed down, zooms out when pointed out...This lens does creep a bit when you point up or down but it's not as bad as some other lenses I've seen. 

Last 7 images are off a Canon 6D and a Canon SL1 cameras - Macro and some different apertures/lengths - This lens is very sharp and a joy to use. My only real "complaint" isn't much, but it's a rather long lens for it's focal length....I have a USM 80-200 that is almost as sharp but like half the size. You can see fully zoomed and with macro focus it covers 9" in total length
