Complete 9-volume set of "The Scribner Radio Music Library" published in 1946 for Piano & Vocal. This set was used by a piano student in late 1940s-1950s.

In good-very good condition considering its age (1946). Covers have minor wear, mostly at edges. End pages and inside covers show some discoloration from glue. Only “torn” page is actually result of glue from back cover adhering to last page of vol. 7.

Markings are much lighter than one might expect from a student set. Most of the marks are in Vols. 4 and 9. In pencil, the teacher noted dates to assign a piece for the student. There are perhaps 10-12 of these dates across the 9 volumes. Student made notes in pencil or pen in a few places. Mostly, these are notes regarding background on the piece or the composer when it was particularly interesting. There are 4-5 places with this. Index (Vol 9) has select pieces marked in pencil and pen. Photos are representative and do not show every bit of marking.

Note that this is a HEAVY set, weighing nearly 22 pounds. Shipping via USPS media mail helps keep costs reasonable.
