Featuring KELLY (the little sister of Barbie) dressed in a replica of Barbie's Gay Parisienne fashion! This is a Mattel Dealer Exclusive from 2003. KELLY comes with a navy blue dress with white polka dots and navy shoes. She also has white silk gloves and a tan clutch. She wears a navy mesh veil on her head and a faux fur wrap around her shoulders. The loop is a gold colored string.
