This is a heavy, gray/silver tone metal buckle with darkened accents, made by Siskiyou Buckle company & Harmony Design Inc., in 1989. The buckle is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 6.3 oz.
