A lovley little thing, you pull the little (tail? cloud?) pull at the base and it plays a tune. This works perfectly. Size is indicated in the final picture. It works perfectly. As you can see it is in reasonable used condition. There are a few little rim chips tot he paint / varnish and a little light surface dust and dirt as shown but no more notable issues.
