The cds I sell have been checked for scratches and marks. If they have neither they are marked "like new". We clean them before we list, and try to listen to them to be sure they are good. I never knowingly sell a defective cd. The cases may or may not be the original cases. Most cases are not in perfect condition. Some may have scratches or scuff marks or cracks. Some of these cd cases have been around since the 80's, carried in cars, set on shelves, just generally loved. So no, the cases are not perfect. We do clean them before sending to buyer.
