The date relating to the first attempt by the courier to deliver the goods to the recipient's address is considered valid by delivery date, even if the attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient or refusal of the goods.
Warranty:
All products sold by Fuorigiri SAS are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree n.24 of 2 February 2002.
The consumer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 (ten) days of receiving the product, containing: the expression of willingness to make use of the benefits granted by law, an indication of the relative product, the progressive number of the order issued at the time of purchase/order and data relating to your bank account (bank institution, reference agency, cc number, ABI, CAB, etc.) at the following address:

Alternatively, the consumer can send a communication via e-mail to the sender address of the order confirmation within the established term, indicating the same elements as the above registered letter. To obtain a refund of the amount, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the goods, the consumer must also return the product in relation to which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to the sender.
A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is in any case the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.

In the event that the object of the order contested as non-compliant does not return in the same conditions as received, i.e. in perfect condition, unused, provided with the original packaging and any manuals, without any lack, but instead is returned lacking even one of the aforementioned essential characteristics, Fuorigiri sas will consider the purchase of the said good by the Customer completed, which will remain at the disposal of the same at the Fuorigiri shop where he can collect it by making an appointment.
