Warm Tips:

The package does not include a storage card. It supports a maximum of 256GB Micro SD card.

When using the dashcam for the first time, please be sure to format your microSD card. Additionally, it is recommended to format the storage card every two weeks, which can extend the lifespan of the card. Even if you do not do this, the dashcam can still record normally as it has loop recording function.

Use a Class 10, U3 speed Micro-SD card. We recommend SAMSUNG Class 10, U3 speed Micro-SD cards. Alternatively, use the Micro-SD card that we recommend specifically for the dashcam by searching for ASIN：B09K78CNM8 to obtain a 128GB TF card.

Do not use any Micro SD cards provided by third-party sellers. We cannot know what performance other manufacturers' cards have.They are not designed for this high-end 4K HD dashcam.


GPS Tracker

The D500 car dashcam equipped with GPS tracking provides real-time location updates, allowing you to provide evidence of your whereabouts through speed and trajectory tracking, thereby protecting your innocence. Download the LINGDU GPS player to check satellite number, longitude, latitude, and speed. Whether you have been wrongly accused of a traffic violation or involved in an accident, this can help you gather important information.


Wi-Fi Connection and Free App

The user-friendly LINGDU app allows access to your dash camera's lens, making it easier to browse recorded videos or photos and change settings. Its customized page design makes the application easy to operate and use. The D500 app runs on a Wi-Fi 6 hotspot and requires connection within a range of 10 feet.

Three Reliable Parking Monitoring Modes



When the vehicle is turned off, if the impact reaches the set gravity sensor level, the camera will turn on and record a 1-minute video, lock and save it.



When the vehicle is turned off, it will automatically enter time-lapse 1fps recording mode. If the impact reaches the set G-sensor level, the camera will record a 1-minute video, lock and save it, then return to time-lapse 1fps recording.



While the vehicle is off, it will continue to record normally, and if someone hits your car, the camera will lock and save the current looping video clip.

This function is only valid when the matching Type-C 3-Lead Hardwire Kit is installed correctly, and the output current of the Hardwire Kit needs to reach 2.5A. (not included, need to be purchased separately, search: B0BML1DK8W)
