This is an original handmade Victorian era ladies long skirt.
Measures 44" long in the front. 53" long on the back
waist is 12" Black lace outer skirt and has a black taffeta lining skirt.
In good used condition but has some areas that will need restoration.
I added photos. Nothing that can't be fixed with a needle and thread.
it is very small... people back then were much tinier.
