This vintage picnic basket is perfect for a day out in the park or a countryside picnic. The basket features a beautiful pattern in brown and yellow.  It comes with metal handles for easy transportation and has a single-hinged wooden lid for secure closure. The basket is spacious, with dimensions of 11 inches in height and depth and 20 inches in width. It includes the original plastic plates and cups.  Made by Redmon Peru Ind (stamped on lid) this picnic basket is a must-have for those who appreciate vintage items.  There are an elastic band that has been stapled to the lid for holding the silverware. This comes with the original six plates, six cups and the original six spoons and six forks.  Five of the plates have melting on one side.  One has a black melt spot.  There are scratches on them.  Also included are six cups.  They are in very good condition. Silverware is in very good condition.  The prior owner's name is written on inside of lid.  The picnic basket is in very good condition.
