Vintage Painting Signed Spanish Mexican Farmer Sombrero Portrait Original Matted Framed Midcentury 16 3/4" x 13 3/4" Mexico Latino  

I cannot make out the signature. 

This appears to be watercolor and black ink. It is matted and framed in it's original black wood frame with thin gold border under glass, ready to hang with a wire.

There are light spots from age on the matt and paper, and a small hole on the left outer side of the matt; see photos.
