This item is in good, like new condition. This is being sold as an open box as in some instances the plastic wrapping has been removed from the seat, or is missing instructions. The item is in it's original packaging, however packaging in some instances are in flawed condition such as label tears, bent, or heavily taped due to damage from shipping. We inspected the item and there are no issues or damage to the item. Item could not be tested but should function as intended.
