CONDITION

Vintage MINT ONTARIO 1972 MOTOR CYCLE Plate.

NOTE: After several requests I'm putting up motor cycle plates today. These are not all of the motorcycle plates. I've now counted up to 12 boxes of varying sizes ALL with nothing but plates: i.e. trailer, car, truck, bus, motorcycle. This was a luxury home with NO ONE living in  it since 2002 until we bought it in  2022. The only child, a daughter now in her 60's had refused to sell it. She is successful in her own right and had purchased another home some 25-30 miles away. When her parents passed, she locked the doors to the home with EVERYTHING inside it. Clothes, tvs, pictures on walls, clothing in closets. It was overwhelming. She didn't marry until late in life and her husband never came back to the home to check on it. Batteries died in thermostat and the pipes blew out over the huge kitchen and private study and this was after she paid for a new roof, furnace, hot water heater. Only then did she decide to sell the house, contents. Two huge dumpsters were brought in and a couple weeks to just throw out perfectly undamaged goods. We took designer clothes, like new, and gave them to an Amish run charity store in Alliance, Ohio. Her father had multiple collections we just gave away. He had an undamaged tool room with probably 20K or more in power tools we just left in the home when we flipped it. She had used a private service to maintain the yard etc so the home always looked nice. I  appreciate people asking me to find this or that type of  plate, but there are so many boxes of plates it is very difficult, so you'll have to wait as I go through these boxes. I just don't know if I have 300 plates or 700 plates; there are a LOT of them.

 This set is from a home we recently flipped after restoring. It is part of a very

large collection of a few hundred license plates covering cars, trucks, trailers, dealer plates

and motorcycles. I have not had time to even count them as they are arranged

in boxes which were in the basement of the house. Many of the plates are Ohio but

there are some others from Canada etc. The earliest I've pulled appear to be from

1914. I'm far from an expert in this area, so I will describe them to the best

of my ability.
